distracted by pretty colors and shiny things

My goal is to get my shop up to 400 items by the end of the month. Here's a bit of what I accomplished to that end. Lots of new pretty czech glass beads have been added lately. It is so hard choosing what to carry in the shop because I am easily distracted by the pretty colors and different finishes. I spend hours carefully selecting my favorites. I only buy what I personally like and I'm not sure what other shop owners do. My philosophy as a designer is that my shop is extension of my brand and I want it to represent who I am and what I like. How do you select new inventory?
