While it may be nice and sunny where you are, it is a winter wonderland again here in the great midwest. As for myself, I'll be packing up orders today. Then for dinner, I think I'll be making some kind of hearty vegetable casserole. I love this recipe. So tasty! Butternut squash is one of my favorite winter foods.
